Cancellation Policy

Booking A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your session date and time. Deposit requirements depend on the session type and are outlined at the time of booking. Full payment (minus any deposit) is due on or before the day of the photoshoot. Rescheduling & Cancellations Clients are encouraged to provide at least 72 hours’ notice if they need to reschedule or cancel. If a session is canceled with adequate notice and for valid reasons (such as illness, emergencies, or weather conditions for outdoor shoots), deposits may be waived or applied to a future session at my discretion. Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) without a valid reason may result in a loss of deposit or a rescheduling fee. No-Show Policy If a client does not arrive for their scheduled session and no prior communication is made, the session is considered a no-show and any deposit paid will be forfeited. Studio/Location Considerations If unforeseen circumstances (such as studio closures, equipment issues, or emergencies on my end) prevent the session from happening, clients will be given the choice to reschedule at no cost or receive a full refund of their deposit.
